Welcome to Bronco Dispatch LLC ("Bronco Dispatch," "Bronco," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.broncodispatch.com and your interactions with Bronco Dispatch regarding our dispatch services.
Bronco Dispatch provides dispatch support services to motor carriers and owner-operators.
Our services may include:
The specific services provided to a carrier are governed by the applicable Dispatch Service Agreement.
Bronco Dispatch operates as an independent dispatch service for carriers.
Our role is to provide dispatch and administrative support to the carrier. The carrier remains responsible for accepting and legally transporting the freight.
The carrier is responsible for maintaining:
Bronco Dispatch does not replace the carrier's legal, regulatory, safety, insurance, or operational responsibilities.
The carrier has the right to accept or decline a load.
Bronco Dispatch may present load information including rate, mileage, weight, pickup location, delivery location, commodity information, and other available load details.
A load will only be booked after the carrier's approval, consistent with the applicable Dispatch Service Agreement.
Bronco Dispatch will make reasonable efforts to locate suitable loads based on the carrier's equipment, location, preferences, and requested lanes.
However, we do not guarantee a specific number of loads, revenue amount, rate, lane, round-trip load, or minimum earnings.
Freight availability, rates, broker requirements, cancellations, market conditions, and other circumstances may change.
Where requested, Bronco Dispatch may attempt to identify outbound and return opportunities to reduce unnecessary deadhead mileage.
A return load toward a specific location, including a carrier's home base, is not guaranteed and depends on available freight, rates, timing, equipment requirements, and broker or shipper requirements.
Unless a different fee is agreed to in writing, dispatch fees are established in the applicable Dispatch Service Agreement.
Detention, layover, lumper, and TONU payments are not subject to the dispatch fee when the applicable Dispatch Service Agreement states so.
There are no setup or monthly fees unless separately agreed to in writing.
Invoices may be issued weekly or after delivered loads, according to the applicable Dispatch Service Agreement.
Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of dispatch services.
Before dispatch services begin, Bronco may require documents such as:
The carrier remains responsible for reviewing and approving load details before accepting a load.
Bronco Dispatch may assist with reviewing rate confirmations and communicating with brokers, but the carrier remains responsible for ensuring that the carrier can legally and operationally perform the load.
The carrier is solely responsible for:
Bronco Dispatch does not assume responsibility for freight loss, damage, accidents, delays, fines, violations, or carrier/broker payment disputes except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing.
Bronco Dispatch may assist with broker communications and paperwork but does not guarantee that a broker, shipper, factoring company, or other third party will make payment.
Any payment dispute may be subject to the terms of the applicable broker/carrier transaction.
